	2007 Semillon This wine has a very good gold/green colour with lifted aromas of citrus and lemon/lime characters on the nose. The palate has strong citrus fruit flavours, great length and a fresh acid finish. Enjoy with any seafood dish or cellar for 3 to 4 years. $25.00 per bottle or $300.00 per case
	2007 Chardonnay this great Chardonnay it has been hand picked, processed and fermented in new American oak barriques for 9 months it has a fresh and lifted peach/melon bouquet with a rich complex palate of tropical fruits and oak characters. With a crisp full finish this wine can be enjoyed with rich seafood or any white meat dishes. Cellar for 3 to 4 years or enjoy now.  $25.00 per bottle or $300.00 per case
	2006 Chambourcin  It has a grassy, nutty fruit bouquet with full soft prune/plum characteristics on the palate. The finish is slightly firm with a balance of new American oak and gentle fruit overtones. Drink now with game dishes, red meat or cheese. 1 Bronze medal $25.00 per bottle or $300.00 per case

	2006 Cabernet Sauvignon  The Cabernet was matured in new American oak barriques; the bouquet has grassy herbaceous Cabernet overtones with soft/gentle fruit and a slight dark chocolate/ coffee bean on the palate. $30.00 per bottle or $360.00 per case.
	2006 Shiraz This Shiraz has dark red deep purple hues, with sweet blackberry and plum aromas as well as lashings of coffee and spice.Full bodied mid palate with refined berry fruit tannins velvety and supple all perfectly balanced.The finish retains an elegance and balance that will richly reward 3 to 4 years cellaring. $25.00 per bottle or $300.00 per case
	2008 Drusilla Sweet Semillon  (375ml dessert wine.)  This dessert wine has a zesty, lemon/lime marmalade nose and palate with a touch of marmalade & lemon twist it is quite smooth and the finish is lingering and clean. Great wine to be enjoyed chilled with fresh fruit or creamy desserts. $30.00 per bottle or $360.00 per case
